I make these a great deal. Just for me. No toppings or dips. I really like the crispness. No one in my household likes crispy things. I've extra sliced environmentally friendly onions into the rice right before I flatten it. Terrific taste.
Weighing down the rice packs the rice together much more tightly because it sets while in the fridge. What this means is you could cut neater pieces and they will crisp up much better.
